Dr. Belin graduated magna cum laude from The University at Buffalo and received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Florida International University College of Medicine in Miami, FL. He completed both his Internal Medicine Internship and Ophthalmology Residency at Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine in Long Island, NY. He served as Chief Resident in his final year of residency. Dr. Belin complete his Fellowship in Vitreoretinal Disease and Surgery at RCM and joined the practice as a retina specialist in 2021. He specializes in adult and pediatric retina and holds the position of Adjunct Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology within the Department of Ophthalmology & Visual Neurosciences at the University of Minnesota Medical School. He is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Retina Specialists.
